These terms and conditions govern the use of the “services” that are made available on our website, www.unitedlimo.net.These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between us and the individual or entity who subscribes to our service.

By using our service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. www.unitedlimo.net may block you from usage at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this agreement, for conduct that We believe is harmful to our business, or for conduct where the use of the service is harmful to any other party.
Unitedlimo.net in its sole discretion can change or modify this agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Subscribers upon posting of the modified agreement to the web address above. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the service remains in compliance with this agreement.
Any new services which are added to our services offered shall also be subject to these terms of service. You can review the most current version of the terms of service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
DISCLAIMER
The rates which have been confirmed in offers remain valid until the management decides to make modifications. And customers shall be duly notified if such change is necessary. The rates may be modified in line with economic conditions. The rates which apply are those in force on the day the service is provided.
UNITED LIMO shall not be held liable for any damage which may arise following an event that we are unable to foresee (force majeure), in spite of all the necessary precautions, in view of the circumstances and consequences. Nor shall we be held liable for damage caused by mistake, even partial mistake, by the client.
The client must behave in accordance with accepted standards and United limo terms. Any serious or repeated violation of United limo terms and conditions entitle United limo to put an end to the contract without prior notification. The client and the contracting party are jointly and severally liable towards United limo for any damage caused to persons, vehicles, fittings and equipment and those areas to which the general public has access.
If a client or an agent is making a reservation less than 12 hours in advance or for the same day as their flight, the client/agent must Call or Text our customer helpdesk to check for the availability for that day.
OUR SERVICE
We are an exclusive airport transportation service provider based in the US, we provide luxurious and affordable car service and airport transportation across five major airports in the United States, the airports we service include JFK airport, EWR airport, LGA airport, BDL airport, and BOS airport.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Luggage
If you make a reservation for Sedans or Luxury Sedans you are eligible to take up 4 passengers with 3 standard size pieces of luggage. However, in SUVs, you can take up to 6 passengers with 6 standard size pieces of luggage.
Reservations and Traveling
United limo suggests that all reservations be made at least 12 hours in advance to guarantee the availability of the car. However, we can often provide unscheduled pickups. You may call us or text our customer helpdesk for same-day reservation or booking.
As a courtesy to our customers, we do attempt to contact all our customers when their drivers are on location. However, we are not always able to contact passengers upon a driver’s arrival due to heavy call volume.
No show
If we are unable to contact a client after 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time through the information provided to us at the point of reservation, then the ride will be considered as no show and will be abandoned. Not turning up at your pick up location without notifying United limo may result in a no show charge (full fare)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we suggest you do so at least 3 hours in advance for pickups in NYC 5 Boroughs including Airports and at least 6 hours in advance for pickups in Connecticut, Westchester and New Jersey including Airports. Cancellations made after these time-frames may be subjected to fees.
At United limo, to the best of our capabilities, we make efforts to make provision for last minute changes, but the highest we have been able to achieve now is 3hours prior to your pick up in NYC 5 Boroughs including Airports and at least 6 hours in advance for pickups in Connecticut, Westchester and New Jersey.
Payment/Tolls/Parking/Cost
Passengers are responsible for any toll charges incurred throughout the trip. Upon arrival at your destination, your driver will inform you of the additional toll charge. The fare quoted by a reservationist or on our website does not include the toll amount.
We do not accept checks. We accept cash, all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard
We may charge for waiting time if a passenger arrives late for a pick-up. Waiting time is calculated based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15-minute increments.
Time spent waiting at additional stops will also be charged as waiting time. Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires on a round-trip.
We do not charge waiting time for curbside pick-ups at the airport.
We charge waiting time for meet & greet service at the airport.
For all MEET AND GREET, please take note of these:
The first 45minutes are free for international flights, we will charge for all additional waiting time.
The first 30 minutes are free for domestic flights, additional waiting time beyond that attracts charges.
The parking fee applies when you request a meet & greet service at the airport. Parking fees range from $3 to $20.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
When paying by credit card, you are required to supply the credit card number in advance for pre-approval. This is only for pre-approval purposes and does not constitute payment for the trip. Upon reserving with a credit or debit card, a preliminary hold equivalent to 150% of the quoted fare is placed on the card to secure the anticipated total including tolls, gratuity, additional stops, and waiting time. This hold is released when payment is processed at the end of the Trip or approximately 3-5 business days

The materials used and displayed on our website, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations and artwork, video, music and sound, and names, logos, trademarks, and service marks, are the property of United limo.com, or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any of the contents may be used solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the prior written permission of United limo.com. United limo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the website and any materials on the website for non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms of Use.
PROHIBITED USES OF THE SITE
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
You agree not to use the Site In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter” or “spam” or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate United limo, another user or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses or screen names associated with any of the aforementioned).
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm United limo or users of the Site or expose them to liability.
Additionally, you agree not to:
“Scrape” or disaggregate data from the Site (whether by manual or automated means) for any commercial, marketing, or data compiling or enhancing purpose.
Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material or mechanism which is malicious or technologically harmful.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.
Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site
IDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Unitedlimo, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, directors, officers and employees harmless from and against, and to reimburse Unitedlimo with respect to, any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to your breach of this agreement or use by you or any third party of the services.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS.
If at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation
(1) To maintain any comments in confidence;
(2) To pay compensation for any comments; or
(3) To respond to any comments
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms of service. You agree that your comments will not violate any rights of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or another personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
